Choose your Delivery Window
Same day deliveries are sent as soon as possible after we receive your order.
Carefully check the delivery window you select to ensure you have chosen the correct day. Occasionally your nearest store may be closed on the day you order and the next available delivery window will be when they re-open.
Most Tobacco Market orders are delivered to your door within the booked time frame. Occasionally delivery may take longer, usually due to factors outside of our control as we use a third-party delivery service.
Show your ID
We take our ID checks seriously. Due to tobacco regulations, we are unable to leave orders on your doorstep or at any other address other than the delivery address listed on your order.
You must be able to present valid photo identification to receive your order. Please ensure that you will be available to receive your order during the delivery window you select at check-out.
Track your Order
Once your order has been processed you will receive an SMS with your tracking information.
Through this link, you will be able to track your delivery right up to the moment it reaches your door. You can check a real-time map that shows your drivers location (refreshed every two minutes), monitor their ETA so you always have sight of when your driver is likely to arrive, and even get in touch with your driver directly.

Cancelling Orders
When you place your order, we try to ship it as soon as we can. This means we can’t guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to orders.
If you’ve just placed an order and realised something is not right, please let us know by emailing contactus@tobaccomarket.com.au as quickly as possible. We will still do our best to help you change or cancel.
If you have already received your shipment notification, unfortunately, this means that your order has been sent and no further changes can be made.
If your order has been cancelled because you cannot present valid photo identification, your order will be refunded, except for the delivery fee and return delivery fee, which will be charged.
If your order has been cancelled because you were unable to accept your delivery, or because you entered an incorrect address or phone number, your order will be refunded, except for the delivery fee and return delivery fee, which will be charged.
