Most Tobacco Market orders are delivered to your door within the booked time frame. Occasionally delivery may take longer, usually due to factors outside of our control as we use a third-party delivery service.
If this does happen and your order arrives late, please let us know straight away by sending us a message on our Contact Us page.
We use a courier service called Sherpa to deliver all of our packages.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an SMS with your tracking information.
Through this link, you will be able to track your delivery right up to the moment it reaches your door.
You can check a real-time map that shows your drivers location (refreshed every two minutes), monitor their ETA so you always have sight of when your driver is likely to arrive, and even get in touch with your driver directly.

Your order will always come packaged in TM packaging. We aim to minimise packaging materials in every order but will always pack items securely to make sure they reach you safely.
We take our ID checks seriously. To make sure your delivery reaches you safely, and to help us ensure all products purchased on the Tobacco Market site are only received by those over 18 years of age, your courier will always check your ID when making a delivery.
Please ensure that you will be available to receive your order during the delivery window you select. If you may not be home at that time, you can designate an additional authorised adult recipient at check-out.
All delivery recipients must be over 18 years of age and orders will only be left with a recipient whose ID matches either the name on the order or the authorised recipient listed at check-out.
Our couriers will not be able to complete your delivery without checking your ID. If you’re not at home when your order arrives, or do not have valid ID – and there is no alternative authorized recipient – your order will be returned to its dispatch location.
Tobacco Market will process a refund and you will be liable to cover the cost of the initial delivery fee and a return delivery fee. The refund fee is calculated based on the distance to return point by a third party delivery service and may vary from the initial delivery fee.
The refund will be processed once the return has been received by the store.
You must be available to show your ID before our couriers can complete the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, this means we are not able to deliver to a PO Box.
We are happy to deliver to both residential and commercial addresses. But remember - you must be available to show your ID to the courier when they arrive to deliver your order.
If you aren’t sure whether this is possible in your workplace, please consider checking before placing your order.
If your delivery does fail because you are not available to show ID, it will be returned to its dispatch location and your order will be refunded, except for the delivery fee which will be charged.

At check-out you will be able to select between Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
When you place your order, we try to ship it as soon as we can. This means we can’t guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to orders.
If you’ve just placed an order and realised something is not right, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org as quickly as possible. We will still do our best to help you change or cancel.
If you have already received your shipment notification, unfortunately this means that your order has been sent and no further changes can be made.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind. All items purchased on Tobacco Market are final sale unless faulty or incorrect on arrival.
Oh no. We do our best to check every item and pack all orders securely, but if something doesn’t
look right when your order arrives, we’re here to help.
We will gladly offer a refund for any incorrect unopened items sent or items deemed faulty by our quality control department after our inspection of your returned product. However, this applies only if the item is not replaceable by an exchange. In the case where you have received the incorrect product, you will be sent the correct item upon the receipt of the incorrect delivery.
Return requests must be made via our website, telephone or email within 24 hours of receiving your

Once we have confirmed your exchange with an RA number, the item must be sent back within 42 hours.

Yes. All orders placed on Tobacco Market. must have a minimum basket value of $20 before shipping costs.
Tobacco Market. orders also cannot have more than 3 multiples of a single product in your cart. If you choose a multi-pack option, this will qualify as a single product in cart, however when purchasing individual units, please ensure that you do not exceed the 3 unit limit or you will not be able to proceed with your order.

We continually monitor and analyse the pricing of every product on our site against a pool of over 1000 Australian tobacco retailers.
This data is used to generate an average pricing benchmark which we set all prices against every week – ensuring the prices you get on Tobacco Market are competitive, and lower than the average Australian supermarket.
We also believe in transparency. If you are someone who still likes to shop around, we hope that having all of our prices on display and at your fingertips makes it just a bit easier to do the leg work.
Our pricing data is pooled from over 1000 tobacco retailers nationally. We include stores from across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, NT and WA to create the average, which then informs Tobacco Market pricing.

Tailor Made Cigarettes are factory made cured and cut tobacco, rolled into a rod and encased in paper. Roll our own is loose leaf cured and cut tobacco, packaged in pouches.
